The Turkish international has struggled for consistent game time since joining from Fenerbahce, appearing in just 17 matches. With Darlow set to become the primary understudy to Senne Lammens, Bayindir is reportedly eyeing a return to his homeland, with Besiktas a strong contender for his signature.
Manchester United had been on the hunt for a seasoned, homegrown backup to provide cover for Tom Heaton and ultimately opted for the cost-effective acquisition of Darlow over other options like Sam Johnstone.
