Ms Abda Sharif OBE has been appointed His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen in succession to Mr Richard Oppenheim who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment.
Ms Sharif will take up her appointment during September 2023. The UK government said.
