Ukraine commander says counteroffensive is ‘going as planned’

Kyiv’s military commander-in-chief Valery Zaluzhny talked to the US chairman of the joint chiefs General Mark Milley on Saturday and told him Ukraine’s counteroffensive against Russia “was going according to plan.”
