A prominent Houthi leader was assassiated by his group amid extreme secrecy

A senior and prominent military leader in the Houthi militia and his companion were killed in mysterious circumstances and in the midst of extreme secrecy, while informed sources confirmed that he was subjected to an assassination by the group he is fighting in its ranks.

In the details, Major General Ahmed Jaber Al-Matari, the commander of the so-called Tenth Brigade, was killed in an operation that the sources confirmed was an assassination operation carried out by the so-called Preventive Security Service of the Houthi militia.

The sources confirmed that Major General Al-Matari, who was also heading the negotiating team of the Houthi militia in the Hodeidah Redeployment Committee, was betrayed and was assassinated by the Preventive Security in an area adjacent to the city of Al-Durayhimi in Hodeidah.
