The highly-rated midfielder, just 23 years old, is said to favor a move to Everton, potentially dealing a blow to the other top clubs tracking him. Middlesbrough is understood to be considering selling their star player after narrowly missing out on promotion to the top flight.
Hackney’s impressive performances have attracted significant attention, with Tottenham, Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace, and Manchester United all showing interest. Manchester United, in particular, is looking to bolster their midfield following Casemiro's departure, though Hackney is reportedly not their top priority.
