The family of the Minister of Youth and Sports in the Houthi militia government, Hasan Zaid, who was assassinated last year in Sanaa, said that his assassination was a Houthi decision.
Zaid's brother revealed that he was assassinated according to the confessions of Houthi security leaders under a Houthi directive.
Zaid's brother posted a statement on his facebook addressing the Public Prosecution and the security services, and holding the Houthis responsible for any danger they are exposed to.
For her part, Sakina, the daughter of Zaid, wrote on her Facebook: "I hold the security authorities responsible for any danger to which I or my brothers are exposed as long as those who threaten us, and who admitted that they carried out a death sentence on my father, remain free".
She explained that she was clearly threatened by Houthi security leaders with assassination if they talked about the killing of her father.
Hasan Zaid, who was appointed by the Houthi militia as Minister of Youth and Sports in its unrecognized government, was assassinated in Sanaa in October last year.
The Houthis claimed at that time, that those who behind the assassination were killed, and they closed the case permanently.
