Kingsley Coman hurt former club Paris Saint-Germain yet again as Bayern Munich sealed a 1-0 away win in their Champions League last-16 first leg, as AC Milan edged Tottenham Hotspur by the same score at home.
Paris-born Coman, who started his career at the Parc des Princes and scored the winner in the 2020 final between the sides, cleverly volleyed in early in the second half.
Bayern just about deserved the win despite a Kylian Mbappé goal being chalked off for offside and Benjamin Pavard being sent off in stoppage time for a second booking.
Milan also merited the victory over Spurs, Brahim Diaz scoring after a scramble on seven minutes.
The second legs are on March 8. On Wednesday, Borussia Dortmund host Chelsea and Club Brugge face Benfica. The rest of the last-16 first legs, including holders Real Madrid at Liverpool, are next week.
