Health ministry in Gaza says 23 killed in 24 hours

The health ministry in Gaza said on Saturday that 23 people were killed in the Palestinian territory in the previous 24 hours, taking the overall war death toll to 46,899.
The ministry said that at least 110,725 people have been wounded in more than 15 months of war between Israel and Hamas, sparked by the Palestinian group’s October 7, 2023 attack.
