Romano: Liverpool Has ZERO Intention to Sell Starlet Ngumoha Amid Bayern Links

Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano has weighed in on the swirling rumors linking Liverpool wonderkid Rio Ngumoha to a move to Bayern Munich, firmly shutting down any talk of a transfer.

Romano addressed the speculation on his YouTube channel, clarifying that despite the hype, Liverpool has no plans to let the 17-year-old sensation go. He emphasized that the club's stance is crystal clear: they are not negotiating any transfer fee for Ngumoha.

“My understanding is only one direction. Liverpool’s position is strong, clear – Liverpool have zero, zero intention to negotiate a transfer fee, to sit at the table and discuss the asset of Rio Ngumoha. Zero,” Romano stated emphatically. He added that Liverpool sees no chance of letting the talented winger leave, calling it "impossible."

Ngumoha, widely regarded as one of the world's best young wingers, has already made a significant impact for Liverpool, featuring in 29 games across all competitions last season. His talent is undeniable, and the club is keen to keep hold of the England youth international.

While some reports, including those from Sky Germany's Florian Plettenberg, suggested that talks had occurred between Bayern manager Vincent Kompany and Ngumoha, Romano appears less convinced by these claims. Plettenberg had tweeted that a deal had collapsed despite a verbal agreement, because it was evident Liverpool wouldn't sell.

Liverpool fans will be relieved by Romano's clear statement, hoping this puts an end to the saga and secures the future of a player they believe is an elite prospect.
