2026 World Cup Finals: How to Catch All the Action

The 2026 World Cup is nearing its thrilling conclusion, with only four teams remaining in contention for the ultimate prize. After a massive tournament spanning Mexico, Canada, and the US, the final four squads – France, Spain, England, and Argentina – are set to battle it out in the semifinals, a third-place playoff, and the grand final.

This year's tournament was anticipated to be FIFA's most-watched ever, with over 6.2 million fans attending matches in person and millions more tuning in digitally and through fan experiences. The full schedule, which automatically adjusts to your local time zone, is available on the FIFA website.

The semifinals kick off with France facing Spain in Dallas, Texas, on Tuesday, July 14, at 3 pm ET. The following day, Wednesday, July 15, England will go head-to-head with Argentina in Atlanta at 3 pm ET.

The losers of the semifinals will compete for third place on Saturday, July 18, at 5 pm ET in Miami. The highly anticipated World Cup final is scheduled for Sunday, July 19, at 3 pm ET in the New York/New Jersey Stadium. This year's final will also feature a historic Super Bowl-style halftime show with performances from global superstars like Justin Bieber, Madonna, Shakira, BTS, and conductor Gustavo Dudamel, likely beginning around 4 pm ET.

For viewers in the US, live TV coverage of the final matches will be broadcast on Fox Sports. Streaming options include FoxOne for $20 per month. FIFA has also partnered with YouTube, offering access through YouTube TV's sports plan at $55 per month. Other streaming services like Fubo ($46 per month) and Hulu's live sports option ($90 per month) are also available. Spanish-language streaming is provided by Peacock in partnership with Telemundo.

This expanded World Cup featured a new format with 48 teams, divided into groups A through L for the First Stage, followed by the Round of 32, Round of 16, and quarterfinals, marking a significant shift from previous tournaments.
