Man Utd star blasted after Norwich goal in FA Cup tie - 'Look at Harry Maguire's reaction'

United took the lead on Saturday evening through Odion Ighalo just after half time.

The Red Devils looked set to cruise into the FA Cup semi-final draw, however, Norwich's Cantwell netted in the 75th minute and forced the game into extra time.

Romero, who has played in the FA Cup this season, should have done better with the effort.

And BBC Sport pundit Jenas, who was on commentary for the clash, says Romero should have saved Cantwell's shot.

United captain Maguire was pictured raising his arms in the air after watching Cantwell's effort go in.

And Jenas says Maguire's reaction proves his disappointment with his team-mate.

He said: "If you look at Harry Maguire's reaction, he puts his arms out like 'you've got to be stopping them' and I've got to say I agree. He must have been unsighted."

Romero has played second fiddle to David De Gea at Old Trafford.

However, the Red Devils could welcome back Dean Henderson this summer after an impressive loan spell at Sheffield United.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently opened up on Henderson and backed him to become No 1 for both club and country one day.

"Dean has made some great choices over the years and has developed fantastically," said Solskjaer.

"We're looking at that in terms of where he's going to be next season, but as yet that has not been decided.

"This season has proved a great experience for him, he's done himself some favours with his performances, and proved he will be England's No 1 and Man United's No 1 at some point."

United legend Paul Ince has previously urged Henderson to go out on loan for one last time.

“He has been excellent and excelled himself and he is still relatively young,” he said.

“When someone does well on loan then you begin to think can they do a job for Manchester United. I think at the moment keepers need to be more experienced.

“He should be happy, he is playing football week in, week out.

“If he goes to Manchester United and sits on the bench like [Sergio] Romero has done for years, then it isn’t good. If he plays week in, week out then his time will come.”
