Informed sources said that a sharp dispute broke out during the past few months between the group's leader and his uncle Abdul Kareem Al Houthi, due to the levy on which the Ministry of the Interior and its militias applied in the streets, collecting them in favor of him, committing a lot of corruption.
The sources indicated that Abdul Kareem was annoyed by the method of the militia leader Abdul Al Malik, who disappears in one of the caves of Saada, and implemented many decisions inside the ministry, excluding all those affiliated with Abdul Al Malik, and replaced them with loyalists.
The sources described Abdul Kareem's actions as strong and surprising, which proves his intention to expand his influence and security control, in preparation for the moment that awaits him, in excluding all the conflicting wings, and singling out control and influence.
