"Masam" Project Dismantles 1,257 Houthi Mines in Yemen during Third Week of August

King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center's project for clearing mines in Yemen (Masam) demined 1,257 mines during the third week of August 2020, including 31 antipersonnel mines, 299 anti-tank mines, 925 unexploded ordnance and 2 explosive devices.



Since the beginning of the project, as many as 180,955 mines planted by the Houthi militias have been dismantled.
