In a recent statement, the ministry detailed that it has undertaken a series of regulatory and financial measures, including the review of various files to ensure their alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and statutes.
The ministry reiterated its ongoing commitment to performing its duties in accordance with established laws and regulations, prioritizing the public interest. This commitment includes adherence to objectivity, transparency, and sound governance, with the consistent application of approved procedures across all files without exception.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Finance reaffirmed its dedication to implementing necessary measures to support fiscal reform, enhance the efficiency of public resource management, protect public funds, and solidify financial and institutional discipline within its legally prescribed scope of authority.
These actions are in line with Presidential Leadership Council Resolution No. (11) of 2025 and governmental directives concerning the comprehensive economic reform priorities plan, aiming to bolster the confidence of regional and international partners in state institutions.
