Unknown gunmen assassinated, on Sunday, a former Yemeni ambassador in the capital, Sanaa, which is under the control of the Houthis.
Local sources told Khabar Agency that gunmen fired live bullets at the former ambassador, Dirhem Noaman, as he was leaving his house in Sana'a.
Noaman was killed instantly, while the gunmen fled to an unknown destination. The sources added.
Sanaa witnessed assassinations of political, security and military leaders since the beginning of the Houthis' control over it, most of which were recorded against unknown perpetrators.
