The US military stationed in the Red Sea conducted fresh airstrikes on Yemen's northern provinces of Saada and Sanaa on Sunday evening.
Earlier in the day, the US military launched a series of airstrikes on Houthi-held areas, including the airport in the Red Sea port city of Hodeidah, according to Houthi television. There were no reports of casualties.
A US military campaign of strikes in Yemen launched just over a week ago has so far taken out key Houthi leadership, including the group’s top missile specialist, White House National Security Advisor Mike Waltz said on Sunday.
