The National Resistance has vowed that the blood of martyred Brigadier General Yahya Waish will not go unavenged, with a spokesperson emphasizing that perpetrators of the "cowardly terrorist act" will face justice.
Brigadier General Sadeq Dweid, spokesperson for the National Resistance, stated that the blood of Brigadier General Yahya Waish, commander of the First Division and a fallen hero, "will not be wasted."
General Dweid affirmed that those responsible for this "cowardly terrorist act" will not escape the punishment they deserve. He extended heartfelt condolences and sympathy to Lieutenant General Tareq Saleh, member of the Presidential Leadership Council and commander of the National Resistance, as well as to the family of the martyred hero Sheikh Yahya Waish, his relatives, and all leaders and members of the National Resistance.
Brigadier General Waish was martyred following the detonation of a treacherous explosive device. General Dweid concluded prayers for the martyr, asking Allah to grant him paradise, patience and solace to his family and comrades, and that his martyrdom serves as fuel for victory and steadfastness.
