The new deal is expected to run until 2031, adding an extra two years to his existing contract. This development represents a further setback for Manchester United, who were looking to strengthen their left-back position.
With Hall now likely off the market, Manchester United may need to shift their focus to other transfer targets. Speculation has linked them with Barcelona's Alejandro Balde, and Bournemouth's Adrien Truffert has also been mentioned as a potential option.
