Iran-backed Houthis have arrested thousands of Yemenis without reasons, in conjunction with the announcement of a prisoner exchange.
The Houthi's Ministry of Interior has admitted kidnapping about 1,532 Yemenis from markets, shops and homes, on multiple charges, most notably supporters of the legitimate Yemeni government.
According to the so-called "security media" of the Houthi's Ministry of Interior, the group kidnapped only during the third week of August 2021, about 165 civilians without reasons, but charged them with refusal of its terrorist policies, and mercenaries with the Arab coalition, which violates the laws International.
The Houthis consider all those who reject their terrorist and repressive policy as a group of mercenaries for the Yemeni government and the Arab coalition forces.
According to political observers, the ongoing actions against Yemenis prove that the Houthis do not pay any attention to international calls for peace, and continue to implement Iran's agendas, according to the plans drawn up in advance.
