Three leaders of the Iran-backed Houthis were killed, during the battles in Bayhan, west of Shabwa governorate, southern Yemen.
Informed sources said that the militia's fourth military region's operations corner, the major general, Ameen Dhaif Allah Abdullah Al-Wadi, the colonel Hussein Abdul Rahman Qassem Al-Afad, and Saqr Faisal Ali Dahmash, were killed in Bayhan, and were buried in the Houthi stronghold Sa'ada.
During the past few days, the Houthi militia lost many of its leaders and members along with deceived people who were kidnapped and deceived into fighting the Yemeni tribes, for the sake of the Houthi and Iranian project in Yemen.
Since February 2021, Iran-backed Houthis have launched a military campaign to advance towards the key city of Marib, despite appeals from the United Nations and Washington, as well as humanitarian organizations to stop these attacks, for fear of thousands of displaced people in the governorate.
