The Human Rights Committee of Jawf Governorate confirmed, on Wednesday, the death of a citizen of the Khub Wa Sha`af district under severe torture in a Houthi prison.
In a brief statement, the committee reported the death of Ali Hadi Misfer bin Rabaqa, 25, under severe torture in a prison by the terrorist Houthi militia.
This comes after he was kidnapped nearly two months ago in a continuous series of daily crimes committed by the Houthi militia against the people of Jawf Governorate.
