An intelligence leader close to Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi assassinated in Yemen's Sanaa

Security sources confirmed the assassination of Houthi leader Ali Al-Murtadha, one of the security and intelligence figures close to the leader of the terrorist Houthi militia, Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, during the past two days, who was found slain in his home in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa.

Al-Murtadha was working in the security coordination of the drone and missile sector, and he was one of the secret security cadres of the Houthi group. He and his family have a personal relationship with Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi since the beginning of the movement. Security sources revealed.

The assassination of Al-Murtadha came as a result of sharp disputes between the leaders of the Houthi intelligence services over influence, information and money. The sources said.

The sources added that Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi personally ordered an investigation into the assassination.
