Membership in The General Union of Yemeni Journalists is open

The Executive Office of the General Union of Yemeni Journalists (GUYJ) has opened the door for membership to all media professionals and press institutions in the country.

The union's website said that the Executive Office, at its meeting headed by Dr. Nagib Ghallab, approved the expansion of the union and opened for membership. It also assigned the registration committee to facilitate the affiliation of media professionals in accordance with professional standards and the terms of the regulations for membership in the (GUYJ).

The meeting discussed a number of issues related to the Executive Office regulations, reviewing the activities and visits of members of the Office, as well as the activities of the Training and Rehabilitation Committee, the Projects Committee, the programs and activities that will be approved.

The (GUYJ) has approved many future plans and programs, which contribute to the creation of a national, professional and effective media.
