The Yemeni Organization for Combating Human Trafficking said that the Houthi's 'Code of Functional Conduct' is an extension of a racist priestly atrocity outside of what it described as "the cellars of ignorance and backwardness.
"It confirms that the arrogant dynastic view and the attempt to exclude others is an original thought rooted in the Houthi militia project." It added.
'The Houthis have persisted in their criminality by setting a slavery code, anticipating any breakthrough in the matter of paying salaries, using the weapon of hunger to intimidate the Yemeni people, and bargaining with employees cheaply and openly between hunger and slavery". According to the NGO statement.
"What contained in that racist Code is an affront to the dignity of the employee and an infringement on his legitimate, legal and constitutional rights that are guaranteed to him by the law, the Yemeni constitution, international humanitarian charters and covenants, and signing it is an endorsement and legitimization of forms of slavery and human trafficking".
