Houthi landmines kill and injure three including a child in Yemen's Hodeidah, Hajah

Three people including a child, were killed and injured by Iran-backed Houthi landmines explosion in the Yemeni provinces of Hodeidah and Hajah. The Yemen Mine Observatory reported on Saturday.

The Observatory mentioned that two civilians, a man and his wife, were killed (Shukri Hiba Kadaf, 34 years old, and Aysha Badi, 23 years old) by the explosion of a landmine while riding a motorcycle on their way back from work at a farm in the village of Za'afaran in the A-Durayhimi district south of Hodeidah city.

It also reported that a child (Ibrahim Ahmed Haddadi, 14 years old) was seriously injured, including the amputation of one of his feet and shrapnel scattered throughout his body, by the explosion of a landmine while herding sheep in Haradh district of Hajah province.
