Four Yemeni-Americans, including a wife and her children, were killed in a shocking incident in Buffalo, New York, prompting widespread grief within the Yemeni community in the United States.
The perpetrator, identified as Saleh Al-Jughmani, a Yemeni-American, is alleged to have first murdered his friend, Shukri Ali Saleh Al-Shaybah. He then reportedly returned to his residence and killed his wife and children in circumstances that remain unclear.
Sources within the Yemeni community indicated that Al-Jughmani subsequently attempted to attack another individual, Sadiq Al-Qadhi, before being apprehended by law enforcement. He is currently in custody as authorities investigate the motive and full details of the events.
