Millions of dollars of companies and contracts break out conflict within the Houthis

The disputes within the Houthi wings have expanded to include the conflict over money and information, specifically between the head of the so-called Houthi security and intelligence, Abdul Hakeem Al-Khaiwani, and the judicial guard Saleh Misfir Al-Sha'er.

The judicial guard of the Houthis, Saleh Al-Sha'er, dismissed Ali Saeed Dubaysha from the management of the Yemen Armond Company, which is the most important contracting company with the United Nations, due to the allegiance of the dispute between him and the head of the Security and Intelligence Service. Informed sources said.

Al-Sha'er move to isolate Dubaysha because he is from the wing of Abdul Hakeem Al-Khaiwani, which prompted the latter to work to thwart the company and cancel its contracts with international organizations, including the United Nations, and replace it with Al-Arish Security Services Company, which is run by the so-called Ihab Muharram, who is close to Al-Khaiwani. The sources added.

The sources confirmed that the Houthi militia use companies to collect information and monitor the movements of the United Nations and international organizations operating in Yemen.

According to the sources, The security companies generate tremendous sums of money for the Houthi group, especially those companies that contract with the United Nations, which led to the outbreak of major disputes within the Houthi leadership.

Saleh Al-Sha'er owns a group of different companies, including security companies working to contract with international organizations and the United Nations operating in the Houthi areas, while Al-Khaiwani is also seeking to conclude contracts with these organizations, in the context of the conflict to collect information and funds, according to the same sources.
