Khalid bin Salman, Al-Alimi Discuss Developments in Yemen

Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman held talks with Chairman of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad Al-Alimi in Jeddah on Wednesday.

Their discussions focused on the developments in Yemen and efforts exerted towards them.

They tackled efforts aimed at achieving peace and stability in Yemen, as well as relief, humanitarian and development work.

Prince Khalid praised the deep fraternal relations that bind the Saudi and Yemeni governments and people.

They are the foundation on which Saudi initiatives towards its neighbor are based, he stressed.

Moreover, he underscored the support of the Saudi-led Arab coalition to the Presidential Council and its blessing of initiatives launched by the council with the international community with the aim at restoring peace, security and stability in Yemen.
