National Resistance Drones Strike Houthi Gatherings, Target Leadership Meeting

The National Resistance, supported by the Armed Forces, has intensified military operations against the Iranian-backed Houthi militia across multiple fronts. These operations include airstrikes, artillery barrages, and drone attacks, resulting in significant human and material losses for the militia, concurrent with government forces advancing in the eastern fronts of Al Jawf.

The drone unit of the National Resistance has continued its focused strikes on Houthi positions along the West Coast fronts. These operations targeted Houthi assembly points and military barracks. Military media for the National Resistance released a new video documenting some of these precision strikes, which inflicted casualties on the militia. The military media also announced the downing of a Houthi suicide drone over the Al Barh area, west of Taiz.

Military sources reported that warplanes targeted a meeting of Houthi leaders in the Al Barh region. The gathering reportedly included field commanders and a prominent figure from the militia's so-called Ministry of Defense. Several attendees are believed to have been killed in the raid.

In the Haifan front, south of Taiz, clashes occurred between the Armed Forces and Houthi militia. Artillery shelling and airstrikes targeted Houthi positions and gatherings in the Al Mamshah, Al Ahkum, Ayrim, Al Qubaita, Al Rahi'dah, and Karsh areas. A military source stated that artillery fire concentrated around Tabbat Al Mandharah, targeting Jabal Al Mamshih, while airstrikes hit Houthi sites, causing substantial losses in lives and equipment. The militia has reportedly moved reinforcements to several of its positions, including Al Akboush School, Al Zubaira Market, Al Ahkum Junction, Hudeh Hill, and the Khazja and Abous sites, as well as Tabbat Al Mandharah. Engagements are ongoing.

In the Al Jawf front, Armed Forces continued their advance east of Al Hazm city, reaching the outskirts of Bir Al Maraqib. Government forces have successfully severed Houthi supply lines on the eastern fronts of the city. A military source, cited by the Armed Forces' media center, confirmed that forces captured Al Mattafath, Tabbat Al Masariah, and adjacent hills north of Tabbat Al Faraid, as well as earth berms and trenches extending approximately 20 kilometers from Al Duhaida, through Al Sa'raa, to Bir Al Maraqib.

The source emphasized the continuation of military operations, noting considerable human and material losses for the Houthis, including the capture and neutralization of several militia members and the wounding of others during the confrontations. These developments coincide with the Houthi militia's acknowledgment of ten members killed in clashes with government forces, indicating the scale of losses sustained by the militia on multiple fronts. Houthi media outlets, including the Sana'a-controlled Saba Agency, reported that the militia mourned six fighters in Taiz province and three others in Sana'a, along with one member in the Al Munirah district of Hodeidah province.
