Real Madrid starlet Endrick's future is a hot topic, with his representatives reportedly exploring potential suitors as January approaches due to limited playing time. While Real Madrid remains committed to the player, there's a growing interest in loaning him out, and Arsenal has been mentioned.
Despite Arsenal's historical interest and potential recent contact, sources indicate that any pursuit is largely agent-driven. Crucially, Arsenal isn't actively prioritizing Endrick, and Real Madrid is hesitant to let the young talent leave. The Spanish club is keen on keeping Endrick happy, a situation that previously led to a successful loan spell at Lyon.
Instead of Arsenal, more concrete and stronger interest is emerging from Premier League rivals Newcastle United, Aston Villa, and Tottenham. These clubs are reportedly open to straightforward loan deals, unlike previous discussions involving Arsenal, Manchester United, and Liverpool, which involved loan-to-buy options.
While situations can change rapidly, it's unlikely that Arsenal will move forward with Endrick at this time. The club tends to be cautious with agent-led opportunities, as demonstrated when they passed on Malick Fofana in the summer transfer window.
Arsenal might be scouting for attacking reinforcements, especially if Viktor Gyokeres becomes unsettled or faces a reduction in game time. Players like Eli Junior Kroupi are on the Gunners' radar, though a move for him seems unlikely in January given Alex Scott's potential departure from Bournemouth. Another young forward admired by Arsenal is Can Uzun, who could be an under-the-radar option.
